Palm Beach was opened in 2007 and was one of the first projects to open in Sahl Hasheesh. Plam Beach Piazza is operating with a hotel reception with concierge service, restaurants, supermarket, pool bar, fitness club, sauna, fresh water swimming pool. Now La Piazza restaurant open. This is located on the terrace of Palm Beach Piazza meaning its clients can benefit from the fabulous views whilst enjoying their fabulous food. La Piazza has received fantastic feedback from critics and clients and is undoubtedly the best fine dining restaurant in Sahl Hasheesh.

The work on the infrastructure of Sahl Hasheesh had only just started when the construction started on Palm Beach Piazza in 2005.The Development had completed in 2007.
Apart Hotel Palm Beach Piazza was planned on the frontline of the upcoming area of Sahl Hasheesh. The apart hotel was to be a mixture of 100 one and two bedroom apartments. The apart hotel was to be designed as lifestyle apartments with the benefits of living in a luxury hotel. Luxury hotel meant providing apartments with facilities such as hotel reception with concierge service, choice of restaurants, supermarket, pool bar, fitness club, sauna, fresh water swimming pool, diving and aqua centre. Apartments would have to cater to those who wished to live there all year round, holiday makers, those who purchased as second or retirement homes. Apartments would have to benefit from Satellite TV and high speed internet connections and be furnished on demand. The initial design of Palm Beach Piazza was to ensure ample terraces and large living areas and to ensure that there was plenty of outside space and entertaining areas to enjoy the weather that Egypt has to offer.
