The development of Sara's Residence completed in the first quarter of 2009. Some residents have already moved in and are already enjoying the luxury finishes, plenty of facilities and the central location. Located just 600 meters away from the sea, 300 meters away from the Esplanada mall and faces the main promenade of Hurghada. The apartments are finished inside and out and is left for the new owners to bring with them their own furniture and kitchens. Luxury lifestyle apartments designed for all year round living meant that the units were a very good size, with 1 bedroom apartments ranging from 90m² - 120m², 2 bedroom apartments measuring up to 150m² and 3 bedroom units almost 190m². If this was not enough space there is also be duplexes which are larger still.

The development also hosts our head offices which are spread over the first two floors of Sara’s Residence. Having such a central location meant it was key to our business. It would give us room to expand and also keep our position as the largest developer in the Hurghada area. Our offices opened in September 2009.

Construction started on Saras Residence in 2007. Being Structurally complete by early 2008. The rendering work started at this time and the development was completed by 2009.

The concept was to mix modern architecture with traditional Arabic elements of design. We wanted to construct apartments for pure lifestyle use. The location selected as it was just 600 meters from the beach, 300 meters away from the Esplanada mall and faced the main promenade. It was a perfect central location. There would be luxury finishes and apartments would be very large. Also associated with a luxury finish we would include elevators, construct a swimming pool with a shallow children’s area and a roof terrace. The building would house approx 50 units with 1 bedroom apartments being in excess of 90m², 2 bedroom apartments measuring up to 150m² and 3 bedroom units almost 190m². There would also be 3 duplexes which would give its purchaser in excess of 200m² space. The units would give ample living areas and there were terraces to enjoy the views and warm weather.
