Ocean Breeze is located in the front line of Sahl Hasheesh around 800metres from the south marina. Ocean Breeze has a low build density of just 20% and its own private beach. Ocean Breeze consist of three phases:

The first phase is Ocean Breeze Apartments and Villas – Designed for lifestyle and family living. Ocean Breeze Apartments and Villas consist of individually designed large apartments with ample terrace areas and luxury finishes. These are centered around vast open areas which house swimming pools, green areas, established gardens and entertainment zones. Ocean Breeze is made up of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, villas and palaces. The villas will have their own private gardens and swimming pools.

The second phase is Ocean Breeze –Sun Gate – these have been designed with luxury in mind. The apartments architecturally designed as lifestyle and holiday homes. Sungate is made up of Studio, 1 and 2 bed apartments. There are many freshwater swimming pools surrounded by established gardens, a private beach, restaurants and bars are all just a stone’s throw away. The apartments have views over the villas, private beach, sea and promenade areas.

The third phase will comprise a luxury five star hotel resort. This will encompass a luxury spa and treatment centre, sports and fitness club, excursion centre, a diving school and water-sports centre, teens and kids clubs, a choice of restaurants, (Italian, Asian Fusion, International and Seafood), bars and a shopping area with boutique fashion and designer shops.

All residences of the three phases will benefit from a concierge to help reserve taxis, book days trips and recommend restaurants, room service when you want to be pampered, Satellite TV, internet and laundry service.
